Title: Netscape e-mail "support"
Post by: Gregg on October 06, 2003, 07:52:57 AM
I decided to try the $9.95 e-mail support in order to get NS 7.0 running properly. (See my original topic on this here.)

With this method, you get one question, and at least 7 days. You can supposedly keep a topic open if their response does not help, as long as you reply within 7 days. Well, of course, the initial response was "off the shelf" and did not address my question with any specificity. I responded as directed (they are specific about how to do this) and received no reply. Six days later, I tried to forward my response; still no reply.

I plan to withhold the credit card payment, but I'm not sure how to contact Netscape to ask for a reversal of the charge. I haven't had time to look into that yet, watching alot of baseball these days. GO CUBS!
