Sure is.

Sorta wish I hadn't gotten a new BTI replacement a few months ago.

Oh well, live and learn, I think is how it's supposed to go laugh.gif

Dreambird, FWIW. From another of Kelly's reading assignments at the time I was shopping for that replacement battery, I came across an interesting suggestion that meshes (after a fashion) Moore's recommendations.

That suggestion: if you have an old battery (with some life left in it) and a new one, keep the old one for use only at home and the new one only for travel, that way it's more apt to be fully-charged and fully-discharged through use, rather than continually plugged in and unplugged before an entire cycle has occurred.

That sounds like a good idea Dick... I only have the one right now, but if it comes to needing another one sometime... thanx.gif

I think I'll do what the article suggests and let this one run through a cycle... I don't think I've ever done that with the Pismo...  unsure.gif

Here's some support for Charles Moore's article that Kelly posted his link to:  Laptop Batteries
