Well, for OS X.2.x the 0nly option for unlocking the screensaver is choosing to use your account name to logon.

You'll have to edit your account which most likely is "G4 Power Mac".

Unless you have some 3rd party software!

Good Luck!

George,

Go to "System Preferences"/ "Sharing"/"Computer Name". A name change here will result in changing the name that the screen saver uses.

George,

I am puzzled by what you mean by your screensavers name? I have Marine Aquarium as a screen saver. What I did was to place a document from Marine Aquarium into OSX (name of my hard drive containing the system)>Library>ScreenSavers. Then I went into System Preferences>Screen Effects. Here I was able to choose the particular screen save r I wanted - in this case Marine Aquarium and I was off and running.

I hope this helps.
