Having trouble with my Search tab on my Explorer window. Opened tab comes up blank . Tried restart, and shutdown. Tab still came up blank.Tried clicking New Search button, nothing. Clicked Customize button,
window pops up with search assistant and one search options blank with the comment Loading settings ....
underneath.( No spinning beachball.) Tried selecting either one but when I click OK or Reset the window doesn't respond. Any ideas?

I'd say you're lucky. When I click mine it comes up with MSN.
I never use that Tab.
Any more I just have Google Bookmarked in the top Folder of my favorites.
http://www.google.com/
And for mac stuff Google/mac.
http://www.google.com/mac.html
It doen't seem to matter what I have chosen in the Preferences under Home/Search.
Sorry. Not much help.
Good luck.

Like Kelly, I don't use the search tab either. I have "google" on my "favorites bar"--right next to Techsurvivors!

I mostly use Safari now so google is already there, but for Explorer, Like Rob, I have Google in my favorites bar.
I don't need Techsurvivors up there, because it is my Home/startup page.

I use the Google button in my personal toolbar-NS 7.01.
Highlight a word or phrase on a page, click the button and the search is launched. Just click the button, enter the text for the search, and your search opens in the same window..
