A CRAFT PROJECT
For the Martha Stewart wannabee
(inventor unknown)
How to make bedroom slippers out of maxi pads: (See attachment for visual) You need four maxis' to make a pair. Two of them get laid out flat, for the foot part. The other two wrap around the toe area to form the top. Tape or glue each side of the top pieces to the bottom of the foot part. Decorate the tops with whatever you desire, silk flowers, etc.
Pad About Slippers
* Soft and Hygienic
* Non-slip grip strips on the soles
* Built in deodorant feature
* Keeps feet smelling fresh
* No more bending over to mop up spills
* Disposable and biodegradable.
* Environmentally safe
I'm so sorry that I didn't have these instructions to send along before Christmas! Just think what nice gifts they would have made. Or how fancy one could have decorated them for Valentine's Day. But don't forget ... St. Patrick's Day is coming! And Wow, just imagine the 4th of July slippers! You could even add a little fire cracker to the back to scoot you along a bit faster! I think the possibilities are endless!
Happy decorating for any seaon . . . .

Ah-h-h the wonders of modern packaging and marketing - - -This from a guy who after seeing commercial-after-commercial about the "self-adhesive feature' - - -and, finally had to ask his wife 'dosen't that hurt' ?? Only to have her clairfy which side and to what - the adhesive is suppose to stick.
Sounds like a good adaptation - what are we talking here -a size 6-7 ladies slipper???

Sawa comedian on TV who said he uses the ones that arrive in his mail as "coffee filters!" He said. "Whoever picks up the garbage at my house thinks, "Someone here has a huge problem."
