I might of received your emails AL (guessing you sent them to my lycos mailer) but I could of deleted them by mistake just recently. I had a bunch in there a little while ago and was in a hurry to head out the door ..... hit the 'select all' button by mistake and then el delete-o. Realized later what I did .... whoops

How dare you trash my emails...            

I had this problem too with one of my other computers, I found out that when I used my domain name, the browser had it saved as the other IP address.  Please try and clear your history and see what happens.

History and cashe cleared Al.
Clicked your link above afterwards and got the second dialog again.

Ya know you could snailmail me a key to your place.

The first (original) bookmark = 66.8.209.44 must of been the one your isp changed.
Have no idea what the story is on the second one (you posted) as to why it didn't work for me.

Checked all my browser settings and they haven't changed.

Never did jump back into 9 and check there if the old link worked.

Regardless,I'm in like flint now.

Could be your DNS server couldn't resolve Al's domain name due to the new IP. Sometimes it takes a few days after the change.

...or did you have it bookmarked as the old IP and not the domain name????
