Boooo Bernie
Ok, nobody answered this topic, so i'm feeling kinda sad for you
But euhm... well, i'm not sure if it's a good idea to just stuff a bunch of freeware/shareware (whateverware) utilities in one box.
I know i might just use 2 or 3 from them, isn't it better to just get the seperately than?
I didn't really checked all the different utilities, so they might have been verrry selective and only got the best ones.
I hope they will be able to pay the packing & commercialising of it.

$30 seems very high considering everything listed is completely free and available from Sourceforge.net or from Fink. Even if you have a dialup I don't think the CD is worth it.
Fink is definitely the better way to go and it's free.

Freeware Gems for Mac OS X

Nah, kelly...yours are gems. They appear to be "native" OS X apps (with the exception of XAbiWord --which still needs X11)...while those off the overpriced CD are unix apps that are packaged for OS X. They either run only in the Terminal or need X11 graphics to run.
