2004 / Very OT: I love you in 10 languages

Hi all,

Valentine is around the corner. I'm making a booklet for my girlfriend and one of the pages is 'I love you' written in all languages I can find.  I so far manage to collect 'I love you' in 11 languages.

You can find 'I love you' in 100 languages at this site

but all is written is roman charactor. It tell you how 'I love you' sound in other languages but not in its charactor.

Happy 2004! The time is 10:20pm here in Malaysia. That is 10:20am in NY. I guess most of the places in this world entered 2004 by now. : )

2002 and 2003 is not a good year for me but I'm sure 2004 will be a great year! I hope it will be the same for everyone!

Hi!

My friend is working on a photo CD-ROM for a charity organization, user will insert the CD into either Windows, Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. The Macromedia Director's projector (I'm not sure if it's still call projector) will play the photo slide show.

The problem is color. He scan the photo using Nikon Scanner connected to a PC. He later adjust the color of the photo using another (more powerful) PC and when he got the color right at the PC and view the photo using my Mac. The color displayed at my TiBook laptop is different again.

I know as a Mac user I should know how to solve this but I'm never in this 'color' business.

User who view his CD will be from different platform, using diffrent monitor (or LCD) and graphic card. How can he make sure the color of the photo viewed on both Mac and PC will remain the same?

Hi all,

I ordered an iPod when I was in NY no long ago. I thought I cancelled the iPod but later I don't know why my credit card was charged and the iPod was shipping to my friend place.

The problem now is I'm backed in Malaysia and to send the ipod back here is very expensive.

The iPod I ordered is the latest version of iPod, 15GB, come with the dock. it's still sealed in the box, Apple 1 year warranty apply. I would like to sell this iPod at USD350. If you are interested, you will meet my friend at she will pass you the ipod and you will pass her the money....cash on delivery.

My friend is staying in New York City so I would perfer the buyer from NYC or you can meet my friend at NYC.

I hope MS will continue develop IE for Mac. I love IE. I have Safari and IE in my TiBook but I sue IE 90% of the surfing time. The only feature I can't leave without is the 'Scrapbook'....
