Obliged to bring back the macbook to  the seller of all my mbp...(a very smart guy ..)  don't boot anymore...!
He says it  was a bug in the mother board... ? it's now booting ok ,he changed many things whith preferences and now  everything's fine    He proposed me to not go whith APFS...so as you said ...i made two backups ...

Bought a Mojave install  on usb key...to have a clean system...
The problem is, trying to install on my MACBOOK i…. ,  impossible not  apfs..!.? ...what should i do to install,  keeping all my files.??

As you ask me...send you a teach text of your mail..made a selection , but as is not visible, i don't know what you can do whith it ??

I don't understand why you want me to send a text ...? when i selected a phrase in it you can see nothing about the selection ...only the same text

Hi,
Already use Diskutility...and your mail whith finding "com.apple.preference.general.plist" very hard to find scrollingbettween all theses preferencies but the probem persist...

White" highlighting won't show up on a "white" background

That's my  problem !... but any color i choose stays a fraction of second , than return to white..all the colors stays  white ...as you can see on the screen capture..
That's why i think it would be ok  to reset theses preferences ...but how ?

Uhmm, I may not be able to read/speak French, but I beg to differ with your comment. According to your screen shot, there are exactly eight colors available for use in your System.
 "Couleur de surbrillance:" shows what any highlighted text would have as a background color; "Graphite".

The problem is ..in "Couleur de surbrillance: .all the color in these preferences are white , even if try to change them, they stay white..
That's why i would love to reset  theses preferences...:-)
  for your help !

In system prefs...found that all the colors to choose  in highlight colors are blank (all white)... ... is there a simple way to reset these preferences..??

Macbook/Mojave...
Selecting a portion of text now , is no more highlighted ..? even if it's working...how can i can get the color of the selection  back...

A bit disoriented whit all thoses passwords...
the Apple (Administrator) password...., is the same as icloud,itunes,...can't find it ,is there a way to know  it..??

 Do you mean "paste" instead of "tape"...i mean type ...i'm french !
Found the solution...

It was just the  screen saver ...where you can program corners of the screen...one was set to lock the screen....( by error )
