A Doberman & and Chihuahua


Two women were out for a Saturday stroll. One had a Doberman and the
other, a Chihuahua. As they walked down the street, the one with the
Doberman said to her friend, "Let's go over to that bar for a drink."

The lady with the Chihuahua said, "We can't go in there. We've got dogs
with us. "The one with the Doberman said, "Just watch, and do as I do"

They walked over to the bar and the one with the Doberman put on a pair
of
dark glasses and started to walk in. The bouncer at the door said,
"Sorry
lady, no pets allowed."

The woman with the Doberman said, "You don't understand. This is my
seeing-eye dog." The bouncer said, "A Doberman?"

The woman said, "Yes, they're all using them now. They're very good."

The bouncer said, "OK, come on in."

The lady with the Chihuahua thought that convincing him that a Chihuahua
was a seeing-eye dog may be a bit more difficult, but thought, "What the
heck," so she put on her dark glasses and started to walk in. Once again
the bouncer said, "Sorry lady, no pets allowed."

The woman said, "You don't understand. This is my seeing-eye dog."

The bouncer said, "A Chihuahua?"

The woman with the Chihuahua said, "A Chihuahua?!? They gave me a
Chihuahua?"

I still have my Dad's old "Polaroid Land Camera Model 150" packed away in the attic.

Back in the '50s he was the first one on the block to go high tech with that camera.

How many dogs does it take to change a lightbulb???

Golden Retriever: The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us, and you're inside worrying about stupid burned out bulb?

Border Collie: Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code.

Dachshund: You know I can't reach that stupid lamp!

Rottweiler: Make me.

Boxer: Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark.

Lab: Oh, me, me!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeeaze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? Pleeeeeeeeaze, please please please!

German Shepherd: I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, check to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation.

Jack Russell Terrier: I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture.

Old English Sheep Dog: Light bulb? I'm sorry, but I don't see a light bulb!

Cocker Spaniel: Why change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark.

Chihuahua: Yo quiero Taco Bulb. Or, "We don't need no stinkin' light bulb."

Greyhound: It isn't moving. Who cares?

Australian Shepherd: First, I'll put all the light bulbs in a little circle....

Poodle: I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry.

Doberman Pinscher - While you change the lightbulb, I'll just curl up in your spot on the couch.

They offer 100 channels for $39 which is cheaper than my 150 channel package with DISH by $11 (unless there are taxes AT&T didn't mention - I plan to call back and ask about that...) We watch maybe 22 channels, but some not very often at all. The only one not included in AT&T's "100" package that I watch is the NFL Network.

Seems like a good idea. Maybe I can negotiate for that one channel...

     I don't have AT&T but I do have cable (Cablevision) and can't get the NFL network.
Most cable companies won't carry the NFL network because the NFL wants it to be included in the basic cable package but the cable companies want to offer it on a pay tier unless the NFL give's them access to the Sunday Ticket package.

The NFL has an exclusive deal with the Dish Network and Direct TV to carry the Sunday Ticket package for the next couple of yrs. so you may not be able to get the NFL network on cable in your area anytime soon.

I was working for the local county bar association and they sponsored an annual office automation expo in which Apple was an exhibitor.

P.S. I got my first computer an Apple II floor model for a pretty good price at the show in 1980.

How smart is Your Right Foot ?

1. While sitting where you are at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right Hand. Your foot will change direction.

I know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so.
