I recently downloaded Office X 10.1.2 and 10.1.3 updaters for my Office X 10.0. I ran both updates simultaneously. When opening any one of the programs in Office, it is asking me again for my cd number. When entering the numbers, I am now being told that the number is not valid, and to try again. After several tries, knowing that I've entered the number correctly, it still won't let me start up the programs. Should I not have run the updates back-to-back? Am I resigned to a re-install? I'm not sure what to do here. Contacting Microsoft seems to be a pain.
