Interestingly enough, while "Quick Assist" is subordinate to the Support Tab in the URL, there is, not yet anyway, a subtitle by which a noob would find it.  eek2.gif

OTOH, I remain pleased, as do Apple loyalists everywhere, that I am not their webmaster.  yahoo.gif

BTW TMM, How did you discover that?  huh.gif  Thinking.gif

I had clicked on one of my Apple Discussions bookmarks, but no page loaded. (Apple was doing maintenance on the Discussions forums.) Then I went to Apple's Support page to click on Discussions which linked to a page about the ongoing maintenance. I happened to notice at the top of the Support page, there was an icon with text - Mac Users: Learn How to Use Your Mac. Clicking led to the Quick Assist page.
Cheers, Tom

Thanks Tom. Not sure I would have found it.

Still, I wish it were a special tab under Support. Ah, such is life. taped.gif
