open imovie 5 project in imovie 6?

Hey folks,
it's been a while but i'm back, this time on a brand new MacBook (sold PowerBook on eBay for $1400 LOADED).

On my iBook, i created an iMovie project in iMovie 5, and working on that project on an iBook G3 500mhz was slow as hell!! I opened the project in iMovie 6 on my MacBook, and there seems to be no audio AND no video, however the storyboard appears as it should.

Any help?
