I've been using this software for a while and I thought about it and for those boaters out there who are mac users this is a great software thats a must have its called GPSnavx and its the only charting software for apple. It works great and the two guys that own and created also answer questions by email, ichat, and phone, and for those of you who are boaters on the east coast there in california making it really convient to call them because there 3 hours behind.

yea i will back him up that it's awesome
but it's not the only program
but it should be

and it's VERY affordable

still waiting for dad to buy me GPSNavX to install on our iBook
which will be the new permanent boat computer

but the demo is awesome
i left it running for a week with a go-to to fort lauderdale
