Internet Clean up 3From Allume's support pages, you must use the uninstaller

A complete un/reinstall is a good troubleshooting technique for all software. Here's how to do it for Internet Cleanup:
* Launch your Internet Cleanup installer (this is the file you bought as a download or on CD)
* Continue as if you were installing. After you enter your registration number, the next screen says "Easy Install" in the upper left corner.
* Click the words "Easy Install"; a pop-up menu will appear; choose "Uninstall" from that menu.
* In the next screen check the box that says "Uninstall Internet Cleanup" and click the "Uninstall" button in the lower right corner
* When the uninstall in complete, look on your machine for any folders that may contain an older copy of Internet Cleanup and drag them to the Trash. These folders will have "Internet Cleanup" in their names (unless you renamed them). This is a very important step.
Now there are a few other files we want to drag to the Trash:
* Go to: (your hard disk) > Library > Preferences, and trash the following (if they exist):
com.allume.ICleanup.plist
com.allume.NetBlockade.plist
com.allume.nsapAgent.plist
* Go to: (your Home folder) > Library > Preferences, and trash the following (if they exist):
com.allume.CookieEditor
com.allume.ICleanup
com.allume.ICleanup.plist
com.allume.NetBlockade.plist
com.allume.nsapAgent.plist
* You may have files in these locations which end with the same names as above, but begin with "com.aladdinsys." If so, trash them as well. You may also have files in these locations from previous installations whose names begin with the words: "Internet Cleanup", if they exist, trash them.
Now we are going to check to make sure nothing was left behind from previous installations:
* Go to: (your hard disk) > Library > CFM Support
If there is a file called "ICRuntimeSupportLib", trash it.
* Go to: (your hard disk) > System > Library > Extensions
If there are files there called "NetBlockade.kext" or "Network SpyAlert.kext", trash them. You may be asked to enter your Administrator password to trash these files.
* Open your System Preferences (Apple Menu > System Preferences), choose Accounts, and click "Startup Items". If there are items there called "knsard" or "NetBlockadeHelper", select them and click the minus sign "-" to remove them from the list.
