I may work for a school district but I'm not an English teacher!  I can generally flow past minor problems in text I'm reading but I guess what you're talking about is beyond that.  What's been bothering me lately is huge misspellings and other typos on the printed part of news broadcasts.  Those are the people I'd go after!
