You don't want things to work loose on a hard drive that is operating!
Actually, I would just use it to pump over some data and then forget about it (put the 3,5" in again after).
So for just one use... it doesn't really matter cause i wouldn't screw the drive into it but just have it on the table probably.
Thanks Gmann, I shouldn't buy it though, as it would give me a slow external one, i'll go for the adapter when needed

I'll probably get one once i'm over in London.
I printed out the manual on how to replace the harddrive on this iBook and it looks more work than expected.
So might wait to install the drive till my sweety is actually with me (with her computer) and probably till Leopard is out, then i have a good reason to start all over again (installing it).
