Qualcomm to discontinue Eudora development
« on: October 12, 2006, 05:11:13 PM »
Seems they will be working with the <Mozilla Group>

New versions ( and upgrades, if any ) will be free, but if you act now, you can pay $19.95! smile.gif Of course, I dumped a download of Thunderbird just this week, never did take a look of it and needed to reuse the drive space. doh.gif blush-anim-cl.gif
Whatever I eventually replace Eudora with must be able to use SpamSieve or something as good.
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system
CAUTION! Childhood vaccinations cause adults!

As long as the new merged version doesn't look like Candyland (as the present Eudora does), then this might work. I'm addicted to Thunderbird, but sure would like a few of the features I enjoyed in Eudora.

Maybe this will get the folks who write SpamSieve and other programs to update them to work with Thunderbird. wink.gif
