Is Window Shade the descendant of the accessory of the same name that worked back in OS7 and 8?

Then what's the point? OS9 has that capability built in.
You mean to tell me that OSX does not?

Nope! But it's got about 40-11 other advantages.
Not the least of which is 'command-tab' to bring any running app and its windows to the front.
Operating all menus without touching a mouse...
