PS: A few that I downloaded were corrupted, but Font book at least tells you.

Font pages to me are as bad as going into a hardware store, or Home Depot, or Apple Store....

It's much worse! At the store, I'm usually restrained by my wallet!

I noticed that a lot of the fonts I DL'd were quite old. "Corruption" is a rather harsh way of putting the age thing in perspective, don't you think?

I also noted some MultipleMaster fonts. Will those work in OS X?

Seems I remember something about needing to convert them to TT or PostScript.

It's probably a good thing they never really 'took off', we'd be facing billions of fonts by now, instead of only millions!
