iPod Sound but No Picture on Purchased CIS

I don't know how to setup my video iPod to playback video. I purchased a CIS segment from iTunes today but all I get on playback is the sound, no picture. What am I doing wrong? Frustrated but know I will get help in this forum. Thanks in advance.

Does it play ok in iTunes?
