It’s always something
« on: June 20, 2007, 02:27:27 PM »
I posted a story about my friend Jimmy and all the while "Reminds Me" an old melody was rolling through my head, a tune that I"ve cherished is now captured by Geiko insurance and their caveman ads. http://www.squidoo.com/royksopp/
Royksopp does some very good things with music and so I thought to gather some more, maybe something new...which brought me to iTunes and a quality of music that just has not done justice to the elaborate audio system I employ. But alas, iTunes Plus* no DRM a higher quality, a higher price and yes a new contract. What choice did I have.....to sooth the savage beast?

People have been purchasing iTunes gift certificates for me when they don't know what else to buy an old fart. So, I have a lump of credit in iTunes and no real interest in their downloads until now, and now I hope the music meet my ear bringing a tear to my eye, which "reminds me" I have an appointment to have my eyes sockets tuned up.
It's always something. wink.gif

...and I swear that little kid is not saying "Zoom, Zoom".
Watch his lips. That's not an "oom" coming out of there!

I think that the only Mazda using a rotary engine is their sporty RX-whatever (if it is still being made)..

They used more than a crescent wrench. It needed a wheel alignment too. Those pistons are still pumping at 110,000 miles. It's anything but "sporty" especially since losing a wheel cover. I bought one from an online hubcap place, but it was so cheap it cracked immediately.
