Nice Wired Interview with Chef This

I'm experimental in the kitchen and mostly that's alright but sometimes it could be better (try not to do "that" again).  This guy This is much more systematic about it than I will ever be!

I can't eat this morning due to impending "minor" procedure but it's a comfort to read about someone who can!

Makes me thing of those eating contests. How do they do that?
Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.
