The Wireless Networking Starter Kit, 2nd Edition is available for free PDF download here:

This is a 2004 copyright but it does seem to cover the basics about MAC and PC wireless setup. This is apparently
a promotion to get people to buy their newer books on Wireless Security and Airport Extreme Setup. Worth a download
for someone who needs a reference.

I bought the book when the first edition came out... it's a good one! I'm going to download the second edition.
