Setting up Outlook Express for Gmail

I am trying to set up my Outlook Express so that I can use gmail with it. I went to this site for instructions: http://marthas-web.com/gmail.htm

If  filled in all the stuff POP, incoming server, outgoing, etc., then I reached the part that says "click on Properties" but couldn't find this. My Outlook is 5.02. It would then go on to Servers Tab. Am I missing something here?

I suspect that you are reading instructions for Outlook on Windoze, which is not the same in many details as Outlook Express on your OS 9 Mac.  AFAIK, there was no GMail when OS 9 was current.  Which is not to say it can't be done, just that IMO, it's rather unlikely you'll find instructions on how to set it up.
