Thanks to all of you all for your good wishes...

Gregg..  We have been 'skipped' by the last couple of snows..... just a bit of 'frosting' to cover the grime...  Sounds like your area down to Chicago really got 'pelted'...

"Snow" ice cream was ALWAYS a family project for Christmas (actually it was Orange and Lemon sherbet, my grandmother's recipe) but it was always made with snow (or chopped ice if there wasn't enough snow)  Good memories!!..
