yup
i photoshopped it a while back to use on one of the fire forums i participate on
when we started a mac thread and every mac user on the forum was participating... so i figured "hey why not show my mac love."

yea the blue star, for those who may not know, is the star of life
which is the international symbol for emergency medical services
(i don't know much history about it... so there's always Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_of_Life)
