It's a fact that people who have Windows at work, along with in house tech support, have no idea of what it takes to keep them running smoothly. Nor are they usually allowed access to unprotected pipes on the Internet. Nor are they allowed to install much if anything. But, most of all, they may never have seen a Mac, much less used one. You can take a horse to the museum of art but you can't make him appreciate in the beauty!
