I just get a blank page when I try to go to either the test drive page or the registration page - in both Safari and Netscape. And yes, I have the latest version of Flash player and no, I don't have javascript turned off or any other extraordinary security measures in place. Weird.

Oh well. Got lots of other things to do anyway.

Anyone else have this problem? Nobody at the Photoshop Express forum mentions it, and the only reference to it that I found online was from someone who updated Flash and was fine after that.

Not quite a blank page but it seemed to never completely download. Had to enable Flash, of course and allow "blank" page calls, also. There was a moving display of several images with 'text' for a while. But there was also a 'progress bar' that simply stopped at around 85%. Clicking the "take a test drive" resulted in a whole page Flash that never loaded anything but a grey screen...

Perhaps something that non-Apple users might use since they can't get iPhoto. dntknw.gif Since I don't use iPhoto anyway, I doubt it would have any appeal for me.

Maybe they expect everyone to use the latest Webkit to use their site. I think I read that the site is extremely dependent on Flash and newer 'technologies.' AFAIK, the new Acid test is built specifically for testing a browsers capabilities with these new web methods. The first one was basically testing html and CSS compatibility. Apple seems dedicated to keeping Safari ahead of the pack, anyway. smile.gif

I tried it in Webkit too, Jim. Still results similar to yours and/or blank page. I don't know what's going on - maybe I'll post this in the Photoshop Express forums.

Not that I think I'm a customer for this service, as I have PS CS3, but still wanted to have a look!

EDIT: Tried removing and reinstalling Flash Player even though it is the latest version and still no go on my G5. I don't know what's up with that - NO browser works. Then tried accessing the site on my MBP, which is a far more "pristine" system and has all the latest of everything and Bingo! No problem. Just had to lie and say I was in the US. rolleyes.gif

Might prove to be another handy spot to share pics. smile.gif

BTW - if anyone is alarmed by their TOS which makes it sound like they can trot off with the copyright to your photos, apparently Adobe legal is working on that after hearing from lots of people who actually read the agreement and were somewhat taken aback. Adobe realizes that those aren't terms most sane people would agree to - there will be a new agreement shortly.

Found the solution, in case anyone else has the same issue:

QUOTE
(On 10.5.2) I uninstalled Flash using the previously posted uninstaller. I then deleted the Flash folder in the Library [(Name Directory) > Library > Preferences > Macromedia > Flash Player]. Reinstalled Flash, and voila!

This was posted by Marowan in the Photoshop Express forums at Adobe.

The uninstaller is here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewConten...7&sliceId=1

No problems now. smile.gif
