As I logged on this evening after 8PM, I note that there have been 6 new posts since 8AM.

School is back in session, so it's not that everyone is on vacation...

School's not back in session here -- we are still enjoying the "summer" break. Drove up the coast today, watched whales, got a sunburned face, bought stuff at the spiffy hardware store (where I got lectured by the sales guy on light bulbs)   ... and I drove in heavy tourist traffic both directions.

I haven't posted much cuz after I caused the ruckus over the banner, I thought I'd best keep quiet.

College football starts Saturday Gregg...I'll be a postin' fur sure!

Yeah, for reasons I won't go into, I waited too long to try to get tickets for Homecoming weekend in Champaign. I think part of the reason there are no tickets is the construction at the stadium. I don't know if they're done yet, but last year when we were there for Homecoming, a good 1/4 of the seats were off limits.
