Am I overlooking something obvious, or is there not a way to have the choice to include my signature in a posting by default?

Each time I post it seems I have to uncheck emoticons and check for signature. Rather not have to do either.

Nope, it's not you, Thomas. The board does not have an "individual" preference on enabling the signature nor unenabling the emoticons.

Has anyone ever told you that you "Think Different"?

Many of our members prefer it the other way 'round, and we've set the board up that way. Hmmmmmmm you've given me an idea for a poll.....

If you haven't used any emoticons or emoticon code in your reply you don't have to uncheck that box. There is nothing to enable or disable so just leave it alone.

As Jennie said we had a request to disable the signature feature as that had been the Invision default. Poll might be a good idea.

Yes, lets have a poll. I too would like to have my signature on as a default.
