Apple sued over MagSafe adapters

As the article points out, Apple is already clearly aware of the potential issue AND has replaced adapters which have the fraying/sparking problem if there is no other sign of damage.

Has anyone here had that problem? My MacBook Pro is 2 years old now and I've never had any issues with the adapter.

I've heard that there was a repair extension on these connectors if you have a problem with them "not working" as compared to "working too well" and making sparks and smoke!
