Video downloading and a great vid player

Thomas' thread on Tips on using Firefox? reminded me that I've meant to come share about this add-on and this app. Sneakers directed me to both of them and they work great.

I use Video DownloadHelper to download vids from the net.

I then use SWF & FLV Player for Mac to play them. I have the free version, but I wouldn't hesitate to pay for it if I wanted all the features.
