Well, hallelujah...we finally get HFS+ drivers for Winders...but what about NTSF write capability built into the Mac OS? I do have the software (open source) to do it mice-elf, but it would be nice if it was already included in the OS.
I guess we can't expect a whole lot of new features, given that this iteration of the OS is more about optimizing for Intel machines, but we can still hope for a few basic crumbs.
It will be interesting indeed to see how much faster things go with Snow Leopard - our family can be it's own little test pod, now that we have representatives from all the major Mac food groups; Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook Pro and less than week old MacBook for son #1 (he opted not to wait until the fall of 2010 when he's off to university).
