A researcher has been making noises lately about the Java bug that Sun fixed last December, but that Apple has not yet deemed worthy of including in any of the 2009 Security Updates. The researcher has now created an innocuous exploit that simply puts some text on the users screen. But it is Java bug is now openly available for use on a Mac with Java enabled. I suspect that even those of us who have javascript disabled, most will have Java enabled...

First thing I do with a new browser is disable Java.
