Added curiosity from the "Pot calling the Kettle black" genre: when looking at the story, AND being attracted to the Pogue/kitchen gadget story, the Tines makes on look at an ad. Hmmm
Worth it though.
Added observation on Apple/SPJ's inventiveness: If the Times were less critical of free market capitalism, it probably wouldn't be in the economic straits in which it presently finds itself drifting.
