You are a member of the settlement class if, between March 22, 2001 and September 26, 2007, you purchased in the United States a new Seagate brand hard disc drive, not for resale, separately as a Seagate product that was not pre-installed into and bundled with a personal computer or other electronic device.

Unfortunately it would appear that you have to live in the US in order to benefit from the settlement...Of course, I DID live in the US when I bought the 4 Seagate drives, but oh well. For $23, I'm hardly going to start kicking up a fuss. rolleyes.gif

I always thought that this lawsuit was utterly ludicrous - the sort of thing that gives lawyers a really bad name. dry.gif

Yep, 99% of lawyers give the rest a bad name.  whistling.gif
