Filed in a U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California, the suit divulges that Apple in fact notified Sanho of its infringement via official letters in April, May, and again in June of this year, according to AppleInsider. Sanho's HyperMac Nano, HyperMac Micro, and HyperMac Mini products for the iPod and iPhone are named in the suit. According to the filings, the patents infringed upon by Sanho are:
