Crop Circles

Not a new subject, but some pretty amazing ones can be seen.  Our local farmers all cut their corn fields into mazes at this time of year for the kids to traverse.  Lots of fun.  

I really liked these.

If you build it "they" will come!  We have a guy named Stan Herd from Lawrence that does more representational crop art but I'm sure he uses some of the same techniques!

The website above uses some "fairly" intrusive active elements that tend to hang up my Firefox here in the office. Mainly I wanted to post the picture from the website which is of a "Medicine Wheel" he made for Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence.  I've not seen this from the ground or the air myself but I think it's about a mile from my house.
