I'll give Facebook one thing

...to gather their users info! For free, of course. As one poster said, we are selling our personal data to FB and similar places...for free! I really can't blame these "social" sites for taking advantage of peoples ignorance of what they (the users) are doing or simply refusing to think about what they (the user) is doing. As has been said, "There's one born every minute! Why not make use of their info?"

If I had a brain I would never click a "Like" button, in the first place, because FB has even told everyone what it really is...months ago.

The above is simply my biased, prejudiced opinion. And we all know what my opinions are worth! That's why FB doesn't worry that they don't have any of them.

Pretty much sums up my feelings about FB. I don't say much there, but use it to drop in and say hi to friends who can't seem to figure out email. One told me that email takes up too much time, and then she was off to spend several hours playing some FB game.

Like many dangerous things (wild animals, electricity, poisons, texting drivers, etc.), FB does have a useful purpose. The question remains; do the users understand the dangers? I know of some who claim they don't care. The 'thrill' of danger is sometimes addictive. "The brain is a terrible thing to waste."
