Apple's 'spaceship' campus larger than Pentagon, Empire State Building. And why not? Apple has more money than Uncle Sam.

"Largest" depends on what is being measured. I think the Pentagon actually has ~6.6 million square feet of space and it's not even in top ten of the 'largest' buildings in the world. Of course, it helps to have five floors and five 'rings' in the building... Even the Merchandise Mart, in Chicago, is listed at 4 million square feet of floor space and it's at the bottom of the list of <42 "largest" buildings> at Wikipedia. I fear the source falls into the "not totally unbiased" category. Thinking.gif

But the building is certainly massive! I'm assuming they will have some special entrances for getting the landscape maintenance equipment into the 'village/courtyard' area! I doubt that His Steveness would tolerate driving a riding mower through any of the lobbies! eek2.gif
