Almost daily, I visit Apple Discussions where Mac users post problems with their hardware and/or software. I've been a helper for over 10 years and rate in the top 100 helpers world-wide. Several months ago I responded to a question from a Mac user that had a problem with a G4 Mac in a recording studio in Austin, Texas. We traded responses and finally, he said he got everything working.
Yesterday I got a commercial music CD in the mail with a note saying "Hello, Tom. This CD would not have been finished without your help. Check out the 'Thank You' credits." I looked inside the CD case at the brochure describing the CD music, and there, in the Credits section among the names of persons and firms contributing to the CD production, was my name. The name of the CD is Everything's Bigger In Texas by the Swingin' Johnsons.
