iPhone "owner"
« on: September 07, 2012, 02:27:37 PM »
My son and daughter-in-law have just swapped their iPhones. I think they are 3 or 4s. Not sure.

He's on a 2-week business trip. His phone still has her name attached . . . caller ID etc.

He wants to change that. Is there some way to reset just the owner/operator name without affecting any other data? He can't afford to lose any of it while he's on the road.

I looked at my original-recepie iPhone and can't see that Reset offers (clearly) that option.

When they swapped phones, did they swap SIM cards in the phones?

I think so. He has many, many business numbers in the phone.

He's on the road so I'can't quickly check.
