Is there an Agenda whith synch capabilty between;
 
DA (OSX Tiger)

Macbook (Snow Leopard)

Ipad (OS 6.1.3 )

Given the mix of operating systems, I think you're going to need to look at an OS-agnostic option like Google Calendar.
