18,000 shots edited into 2m 47s

Thats really great!  Love to watch time lapse. I made a couple on my iPhone of clouds going over our sunroom, but they certainly are nothing compared to his wonderful ones.

I emailed him about what he'd used and got a nice reply thanking me for my interest.

The laptop I used was just an old one, all it was good for was backing up the photos. My PC is a bit dated now too, (8gb ram, q9550 processor) so everything took quite a while to edit. Software wise it was adobe stuff, premiere pro, after effects, and photoshop.

Wonder what he could have done - and how much faster - with a nice new Mac wink.gif

Ive never used anything he mentions except Photoshop, but wouldnt that be fun to learn.
My iPhone has the little time lapse apps, but they arent great. My grandson made some pretty cool time lapse movies on his iPad.
