No wonder things are so expensive 'over there'! We learned, long ago, that cardboard is much cheaper than tin for making boxes! Another advantage is that no one can remove the little price stickers without damaging the box! Cuts down on shoplifting!
And, we use plastic, whenever possible. That stuff can last for centuries! Even if it's covered with dirt in a land-fill!
