HMMMMM:

 When I click this link in Safari 10, I get a black screen with the message that "Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available" The next sentence has a link to FAQ HTML5 video, of which has 6 or seven different formats and is gobbeldy good to me. I tried a couple more "you tube" locations with the same results.  Firefox 49.0.1 plays the locations just lovely.

Nothing in Safari preferences seems to address the issue. What am I missing???

You might try installing Click2Flash. The vid seems to be a Flash vid which is not normally allowed in Safari. Worst case, you can install Flash.

OTOH, it's a pretty boring video... no cats, at all. rolleyes.gif
