Old textbooks?

I have a lot of old books from way back when I was learning coding, and some for photoshop and other stuff.

I dont use them any more, so have offered to donate them to our new local library.
But thinking that they are old, and probably not useful to many people except perhaps to a new student looking to learn the basics.

Seems anything I want to learn nowadays, I just get off the web. Like today learning how to make slide shows using iMovie, for example.

Anybody here interested in any or these?  Yes, they are heavy!

I doubt anyone will want to pay for them, since as you note - you can get 99% of this online now (for free, too, in most cases) and most are now out of date as well. I'd suggest putting them on Craigslist and Kijiji for free. We got rid of LOTS of stuff that way when we moved from MA to Toronto, and again when we were clearing out the cottage prior to tearing it down to build our house. I also had a very popular "free" table out by the road for weeks. Stuff you wouldn't have a prayer of selling (and a lot of oddball things that thrift stores wouldn't want) just disappeared - and some people were downright thrilled with their finds, including the guy who had been on his way to Home Depot to buy a whole 'nother roll of tarpaper to finish the roof on his shed, only to find us giving away part of a roll. All the books I put out there disappeared too - weird things/old stuff that I knew the library book sale wouldn't even want. It was actually a lot of fun, and sure beat putting it all in landfill.

I put them on our local Cape Cod Freecycle site, Ive gotten rid of so much stuff using them. So much stuff that did not go to waste.
And the Estate Sales we went to were just amazing, the lovely furniture we got for our daughter's house for so incredibly cheap.
Lots of the reeeeeellllley rich summer people re-decorate their houses constantly, they get tired of colors and stuff like that.
Ive seen some houses that have the most beautiful stuff for sale cheap.

But I cant abide waste, so Im sure I will get somebody for these books.

Tho I did get enough $ for my old Blues, Jazz, and Gospel 33rpms to get my new iPhone 7.
