I'm sending it back.
How do I wipe it clean before returning it?

Go to ‘settings’..... ‘general’..... at the bottom is ‘reset’... That all there is to it...

After you selected
RESET
, did you also select
ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS
?

I must have had some kind of Wi-Fi glitch when I tried yesterday.
Today, it asked mr for my router password, the OK !
Device is now reset.
