With all this tracking going on, I might start using DuckDuckGo, and saw this also which looks very interesting.
"When you still need to use Google you just add !g to your DDG query and you’ll get Google search results without any of your data finding its way back to Google.
In fact, I find DDG’s bangs (adding expressions like !g or !imdb to a DDG search query) to be incredibly useful."
